1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged on delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is missing from order

Customer must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after verification
  • Refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued via original payment mode (Razorpay)

Delays caused by courier partners

Opened or used oil containers

Products damaged due to improper storage
